David graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arcadia University. David specializes in outpatient orthopedics, with clinical interests in cervical spine, temporal mandibular and shoulder injuries. David believes in a hands-on approach, utilizing multiple manual therapy techniques and focusing on patient goals during his treatments. David is part of St Luke’s Comprehensive spine program. A first in the nation designed to getting patients with neck and back pain the care they need when they need it. David feels that promoting and growing the profession of physical therapy is incredibly important. You will generally see both PT and PTA students both observing and working in the clinic. Outside of the clinic, David enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids, running, watching football and weight training.

Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapy Assistant

Devon graduated from Keystone College in 2000 with an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She is married and has one son. Her interests include baking and cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Kara graduated from Eastern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise/Health Science and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Jefferson School of Health Professions. Kara specializes in pelvic floor therapy, balance/dizziness, concussion rehab, and outpatient orthopedics. As a mother of 3 children, she enjoys working with women during pregnancy and post-partum periods to get back to previous activity level. Kara believes in a hands-on approach, utilizing multiple manual therapy techniques and focusing on patient education on posture, body self-awareness, body mechanics with daily activities, and injury prevention. Growing up overseas, Kara has a unique appreciation for diverse cultures and recognizes the importance of correct exercise technique and self-discipline from her 15 years as a ballerina.

Bobby shares strong mutual interests with his patients: to overcome injury and to achieve personal goals.  As an athlete and avid sports fan, he has gained experience with both of these aspects and relates with his patients closely in this regard.  Bobby earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah University. Bobby is part of St. Luke’s comprehensive spine program and holds clinical interests in manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, as well as treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction. He believes in a patient-centered approach to care while utilizing evidence-based practice to achieve patient’s personal goals. Outside of the clinic, Bobby enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids, playing basketball and weight training.

As a provider and former patient of physical therapy, Charlie’s seen firsthand the power of PT for reducing pain and improving function in one’s life. He has a passion for helping his patients, across the lifespan, achieve these same results. Charlie holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University. He is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in the area of Orthopedics and is a Certified LSVT BIG Clinician for patients with Parkinson’s. He has clinical interests in manual therapy, tendinopathy management, and mechanical diagnosis and treatment. He believes in making evidence-based, individualized treatment plans for his patients, designed to help them achieve their specific goals and improve function. Charlie enjoys spending time with his family doing various outdoor activities, like running, swimming, and hiking. As a father of two young boys, he gets frequent experience in injury prevention and how to maintain an active lifestyle.

Kimberley graduated from the College of William & Mary with a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology. After working two and a half years as a physical therapy aide and taking additional course work, she attended Arcadia University where she earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Kim has experience in both outpatient and home care physical therapy clinical settings. As she has grown in her clinical practice experience, she has chosen to specialize in orthopedic, balance (e.g., LSVT BIG certified), and pelvic floor physical therapy. She recognizes the individuality of each patient and places an emphasis on developing a therapeutic alliance with her patients to help them achieve their goals. During her time outside of the clinic, Kim values time with her family, dogs, friends/colleagues, hiking, and painting.

As a therapist Jason enjoys working with a variety of patient populations across the life span and with clinical interest in orthopedics. He graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a bachelor’s degree with Honors in Biology, received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He believes in evidence-based treatments in helping patients achieve functional goals and believes that “prevention is the best medicine.” He strives to bring encouragement to each treatment session and frequently tells his patients “PT is the best days of the week.” In his free time Jason enjoys spending time with family, playing sports with friends, and the outdoors.
