Sarah has a passion for working with a variety of diagnoses from young athletes to the aging population. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Lebanon Valley College where she also received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Sociology. Sarah values a hands-on approach to treatment supplemented with therapeutic exercise to provide patient-centered care to assist each individual with reaching their specific goals. In addition to her passion of being a lifelong learner to provide the best quality of care, she values a team approach outlook on patient care.

Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy

Julie specializes in orthopedic manual Physical Therapy, as well as the treatment of TMJ dysfunction. Julie graduated from Cedarville University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, and then from Drexel University with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She trained further with The Manual Therapy Institute to become a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. Julie’s clinical approach is dedicated to promoting wellness of the whole person, and she uses education, hands-on treatments, and targeted exercises to help facilitate healthy movement. Julie enjoys promoting good education, both in helping patients learn how to care for themselves, and in teaching other clinicians and students in the clinic or in the classroom.

Certified Pelvic Health Practitioner

Kate enjoys treating all aspects of Women’s Health and specializes in pelvic floor therapy. She graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Kate is also a trained Massage Therapist through the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences. She is a Certified Pelvic Rehab Practitioner (PRPC) through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Kate has contributed to research articles about pelvic pain and developed a pelvic pain support group when living in New York. When not at work, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, her chickens, and traveling.

Alex has developed a special interest in working with individuals with back and neck pain. Alex received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. His treatment philosophy includes providing the patient the tools they need to manage their problem and constantly working towards developing a healthy and active lifestyle. Outside of work, Alex is very active with training in the gym, trail running with his two dogs and wife, training for spartan races, and spending time outdoors.

Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapy Assistant

Jennifer graduated from Mount Aloysius College with an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2016. After graduation she accepted a job as float Physical Therapist Assistant within the St. Luke’s Network treating in various outpatient clinics. She later advanced her education at Cedar Crest college in 2018 obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She believes in a combination of hands-on treatment approach and therapeutic exercise to help achieve patient goals. She strives to bring positivity and encouragement to each treatment plan. She enjoys working with a variety of patients ranging from children to older adults. In her free time Jennifer loves being outside, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

As a therapist Jason enjoys working with a variety of patient populations across the life span and with clinical interest in orthopedics. He graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a bachelor’s degree with Honors in Biology, received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He believes in evidence-based treatments in helping patients achieve functional goals and believes that “prevention is the best medicine.” He strives to bring encouragement to each treatment session and frequently tells his patients “PT is the best days of the week.” In his free time Jason enjoys spending time with family, playing sports with friends, and the outdoors.
