Center Valley

Melissa serves as the Facility Director at Center Valley and has also taken on the role of Area Manager to help support the Southern Region (Center Valley, Ottsville, and Pennsburg). Melissa enjoys working with a variety of orthopedic populations and is most passionate about helping athletes of all ages return to sport. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Penn State. Then went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and Master’s in Business Administration degree from Widener University. Melissa is a member of the Comprehensive Spine Program and The Running Center at St. Luke’s. She believes in a combination of hands-on and active treatment strategies fit to individuals goals and needs. In her free time Melissa enjoys hiking and traveling with her family.

Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy

Fallon received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Widener University. Fallon is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She believes in a hands-on and active, individualized treatment philosophy to improve each patient’s function to help achieve their goals. She specializes in treating athletes and active individuals, as she is also a track and field coach at DeSales University. In her free time, Fallon enjoys the outdoors, including running, hiking, skiing, and traveling. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family and her dog Oakley.

Daniel enjoys working with patients of all backgrounds and ages, ranging from patients with goals of returning to their daily activities to athletes who would like to return to their respective sport. Daniel has a particular interest in the upper extremity, especially involving the hands and is working towards obtaining his certification in hand therapy. Daniel graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He went on to the University of Delaware, where he received his Master’s of Science in Anatomy & Clinical Health Science, as well as his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Daniel believes in utilizing evidence-based practice, with an emphasis in hands-on engagement and active treatments, to help achieve patient goals. In addition, he believes in spending time to appropriately educate patients which translates to improved patient participation therefore improved outcomes. Outside of the clinic, Daniel enjoys staying active, working out, hiking, and spending time with his family.

Ken has a passion for working with an orthopedic population. He has worked with a wide range of patients across the lifespan throughout his more then 15 years as a clinician. As a high school and collegiate athlete, as well as the father of two very active daughters, Ken has an appreciation for the physical demands of active individuals. Ken graduated magna cum laude from Arcadia University with his Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He continued on at Arcadia University to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, with honors. He is a practitioner in the Comprehensive Spine Program and offers specialty services for temporomandibular joint disfunction. He believes in creating an individualized treatment plan based on the patients personal goals. He utilizes various treatment approaches including manual therapy, active intervention and modalities in order to return individuals to their previous level of function. He understands that starting physical therapy can be daunting and strives to foster a positive environment in order to optimize outcomes. In addition to practicing, he enjoys mentoring graduate and undergraduate student pursuing a career in physical therapy, distance running and spending time with his wife, kids, and pet.

Mariellen enjoys treating patients of all ages. Her many years of professional and personal experience bring a different perspective to her patients. She received her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Lehigh County Community College. Her treatment philosophy is a hands on and active approach that considers the overall well-being of the patient. Mariellen enjoys travel, spending time with family and friends, and antiquing.

Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy

Kimberly enjoys treating patients of all ages primarily in the orthopedic and vestibular populations.  She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Biology from Virginia Tech and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University. She is a member of both St Luke’s Comprehensive Spine Program and St Luke’s Concussion Program. Kimberly was a resident through the St. Luke’s Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program and is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She strives to provide individually tailored, evidence-based treatments to all of her patients. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and Great Pyrenees.

Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapy Assistant

Jamie received her associates degree in applied science from Lehigh Carbon Community College and obtained her Physical Therapist Assistant License in 2008. She was a PCRAFT recipient in 2017 which celebrates those individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to service, and exceptional job performance. She obtained a Specialty Certification in Orthopedics for Physical Therapist Assistants in 2022 and enjoys working with patients of all ages. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys exercising, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family.

Certified Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Sylva has been working in the area of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy for over 15 years. She works with various diagnoses in the male and female adult population. Sylva has a well-known presence in our community and is highly motivated and passionate about her profession. She graduated from Hunter College of the City University of New York with Bachelor’s of Physical Therapy degree and Zdravotnicka Skola in Brno, The Czech Republic. She also holds The Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (CAPP) through the American Physical Therapy Association. She demonstrates knowledge and proficiency in threating all forms of pelvic floor dysfunction in men and women. She is able to provide high-quality care and provides a safe environment and strong relationships with her patients. To see consistent positive results with her patients and the educational influence she has on fellow medical providers has further deepened her passion for her profession. Sylva is one of very few clinicians in our network to take on treating predominantly men’s pelvic health. Because of this, she is the preferred provider for many of our St. Luke’s urologists, gastroenterologists and surrounding OB doctors in our hospital system. Sylva has also practiced at Sacred Heart HealthCare System, NYU School of Medicine/Bellevue Hospital and Madison Avenue Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness Outpatient Clinic in New York City. She has also practiced internationally in the city hospital U Bratri Milosrdnych in Brno, The Czech Republic. As a multilingual PT, she can treat and communicate with a variety of patients in their languages to make them more comfortable and provide that safe environment during treatment which can often seem intimidating.
