Matt graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Matt is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in both Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy. Matt believes that the most effective treatments are evidence based and personalized to the individual’s needs. He specializes in the treatment of the athletic patient population and assists in returning athletes and active individuals back to their previous level of competition. As a lifelong resident of Bethlehem and graduate of Bethlehem Catholic, Matt takes special pride in caring for the high school and collegiate athletes of the Lehigh Valley.

Gabe, being a lifelong active individual in addition to being a former collegiate athlete, is passionate for treating all types of orthopedic diagnoses and athletes of all ages. He attended DeSales University for both his Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Physiology (minors in Biology, Psychology and Biomechanics) and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Gabe is a graduate of the St. Luke’s Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency program and is also a member of St. Luke’s Running Center team. Gabe enjoys working with golfers and is Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 Certified. He believes in enhancing movement through an active and hands-on approach, individualizing treatment to each patient’s needs and goals. Gabe was a highly competitive track and field/cross country runner for DeSales University and now enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, and playing golf/disc golf/pick-up sports in his free time.

Kelly has a passion for working with performing artists, especially dancers, and holds clinical interests in sports medicine, manual therapy, dance technique evaluation, and training proper body mechanics. Through her clinical interests, Kelly has aided in the development and programming of the Performing Arts Medicine Institute with Physical Therapy at St. Luke’s. She has presented online webinars and in-person workshops to dancers on physical and mental health, global well-being, and injury prevention. Kelly believes in an individualized, hands-on treatment approach that utilizes evidence-based practice and patient-centered goals to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes. Kelly received her Bachelor’s of Science in Sport and Exercise Physiology, Bachelor’s of Arts in Dance, and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree all from DeSales University. Kelly completed the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program with SLUHN and is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Additionally, Kelly is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor, a dance teacher and Zumba instructor, and spends her free time perfecting her own skills as a dancer in a professional contemporary modern company based in Lancaster, PA.

Sal has been surrounded by Lehigh Valley athletics his whole life, growing up as an Emmaus football player and playing collegiately at Moravian College where he served as a two-time captain. Sal’s passion for treating athletes is rooted in his personal experiences and injury history, having rehabbed back from 3 ACL tears throughout his athletic career. Sal earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Moravian College, followed by his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from DeSales University. He looks to share his knowledge and experience with patients to provide motivation and instill confidence in them, while delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. Sal believes the best way to get his patients to their “finish line” is through a combination of hands-on treatment and targeted exercise prescription. When Sal is away from the clinic, you’re likely to find him working at his family’s pizzeria where he loves to cook and make unique pizza creations.

Elizabeth holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences at Mary Baldwin University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Athletic Training from Western Carolina University. She is also a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy and serves as the Program Manager for foot and ankle at Physical Therapy at St. Luke’s. Elizabeth enjoys mentoring and teaching specialty areas of practice such as gait evaluation, orthotic prescription, and management of foot and ankle pathologies in the Orthopedic Physical Therapy residency program at St. Luke’s. Elizabeth’s clinical interests are in sports medicine, manual therapy, gait analysis and orthotic management. She enjoys working with a variety of athletes across the lifespan. But, most notably with distance runners and performing artists as subspecialties in sports medicine. In addition to her clinical interests, Elizabeth has a passion for learning and research. Her primary areas of research and scholarship include Neurodynamics and injury prevention. Elizabeth has presented and published at the state, district, national and international level on Neurodynamics and injury prevention screening tools.

Erin attended Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education. She went on to receive her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Lehigh Carbon Community College. Erin especially enjoys working in an outpatient setting where she has gained experience working with sport and orthopedic patient populations. She prides herself on prioritizing quality of care, in addition to being a team player who works closely with all members of the patient’s care team to ensure patient goals and outcomes are met. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time striving for her own personal fitness goals, spontaneous outdoor adventures, and spending time with family and friends.
