Certified Lymphedema Therapist

Following her own journey with pregnancy and post-partum care, Heather pursued further education to treat pelvic floor dysfunctions, providing patients with education and care for improved quality of life. Heather received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She specializes in outpatient Orthopedics and is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. She also treats balance/vestibular dysfunctions and is trained in the use of Graston technique. Heather believes in a patient centered approach, being mindful of patients’ prior level of function and working with multiple treatment methods to achieve patient goals. In her free time, Heather enjoys being outdoors with her husband and kids.

As a lifelong athlete, Josh has a passion for treating patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, with clinical interest in the area of manual therapy. Specifically, Josh enjoys a hands-on approach, using soft tissue and joint mobilization techniques in helping to decrease pain and restore function. He received both his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and his Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Physiology from DeSales University. Throughout his education, he became a Certified Exercise Physiologist and received his Certification in LSVT BIG. As a physical therapist, Josh believes in using an individualized treatment approach with the goal of helping each patient to become independent in their exercises and symptom management. Outside of the clinic, Josh enjoys playing guitar and spending time outdoors.

Ellen earned her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Lehigh Carbon Community College in Schnecksville, Pa. She has worked as a PTA in the Outpatient Orthopedic setting at multiple St Luke’s sites for most of her career. She is Certified in Graston Technique Specialist. Ellen leads an active lifestyle and enjoys hiking, biking, swimming and kayaking.

Jessica graduated from Lehigh Carbon Community College with an Associate in Applied Sciences degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Her clinical experience has been in outpatient orthopedics. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and diagnoses to improve their quality of life.
