Rachel’s interest in physical therapy began as a young athlete with frequent and recurrent orthopedic injuries. It was her own benefit from physical therapy throughout high school that inspired her to attend Misericordia University to pursue both her Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management and then her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. As a clinician, her passion for orthopedic physical therapy grew and she completed the St. Luke’s Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency. She is now faculty as both a mentor and a clinical associate professor. Rachel is a Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She believes that each patient’s care should be tailored to meet their personalized goals through an active treatment approach and rooted in best practice evidence. While she enjoys treating an array of orthopedic conditions and populations of all ages and demographics, she takes a special interest in treating hunters as an avid hunter herself. Outside of the clinic, she can be found spending time with her family and rooting for the New York Giants and the Michigan Wolverines.

Ines enjoys working with patients across the lifespan, with a unique passion for treating the elderly population. She graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Science degree, and the Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She continued her education with the St. Luke’s Orthopedic Residency Program and became a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She is the Assistant Facility Director at the Forks location. Ines started her career in a short-term rehabilitation facility, where her primary focus was returning patients to their prior level of independence following an injury or medical event. She applies her previous experience to the orthopedic setting by working towards personalized, attainable, and functional goals for patients of all ages and with a variety of diagnoses. Outside of work, Ines enjoys going on walks, eating chocolate, and relaxing with her husband, two sons, and dog.

Alex enjoys treating a wide variety of patients from young athletes to the geriatric population and everything in between. Alex received a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Management from Misericordia University. Alex was a resident through the St. Luke’s Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program and is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. He believes in a hands-on treatment and an exercise-based approach tailored to patient’s functional goals. Alex is very involved in the sports community playing soccer, basketball, and volleyball allowing him to design sport specific programs and assess risk for return to sport. Alex has aided in the rehab process of several young athletes dealing with knee injuries. He has presented research on patellofemoral pain syndrome at the nation level.

Lindsay enjoys treating a variety of patients in all phases of life. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management degree from Misericordia University. Lindsay completed a year of postgraduate, advanced training, in orthopedics through the St. Luke’s University Orthopedic Residency Program. She is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Following the birth of her son, Lindsay developed a passion for treating pelvic floor dysfunction and the pregnancy and postpartum population. Her treatment philosophy includes a hands-on approach with an emphasis manual techniques and patient-empowerment. As a resident of Forks Township, she enjoys being able to help the community where she lives.

Chris has immense experience and a passion for treating a variety of orthopedic and sports medicine patients of all ages. Chris believes in individualizing each person’s treatment to meet their specific needs. As an athlete himself, Chris understands the unique challenges that each sport can bring to the rehabilitation process. Due to this, he utilizes several methods of treatment that emphasize a hands-on approach focusing on evidence-based practice. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science degree from Lock Haven University. Additionally, he earned his Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Misericordia University, his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah University, and his Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. Chris is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy.

Additionally, Chris has served as the facility director of both the Bath and Forks facilities. In 2021 he was promoted to Area Manager and assisted in overseeing the Bethlehem region. In 2024 he was promoted to Associate Regional Director. In his role, Chris works with the facility directors and staff to ensure successful operations of all the offices within the Bethlehem campus. Additionally, he collaborates cross-functionally with other departments and employees to provide input on organizational initiatives, strategies, and events. Chris strives to promote an environment where therapists seek to improve themselves via continuing education, which ultimately results in a superior patient experience and outcome.

Tricia graduated from Lehigh Carbon Community College with an Associate’s degree in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She enjoys the diversity of patients and diagnoses that she sees in the outpatient physical therapy setting. She takes pride in helping patients return to their prior level of function and meet their individualized goals. Her areas of clinical interest are orthopedic and sports related injuries along with women’s health. She also enjoys using manual therapy techniques when appropriate to help patients meet their goals. Outside of work, Tricia enjoys going on walks, working out at the gym, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Devika has a passion for working with varying patient populations, from young adolescents to older adults, with patient diagnoses including impairments with post-op, balance/gait, joint pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, etc. Devika graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences, followed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University’s accelerated program. She is LSVT BIG certified. She has training in Pelvic Floor/Women’s Health Rehab. Devika believes in using a variety of methods in her treatment, with emphasis on hands-on and active treatments/exercises. She believes in a patient-focused approach to treatment that incorporates individualized abilities and goals that are both practical and functional. Outside of the clinic, Devika enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, and has a passion for dancing, running, and watching tennis.

Ashley found her passion for physical therapy after having her own physical therapy treatment in high school. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Arcadia University. Additionally, she holds her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Lynchburg, in Virginia. Ashley enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic patients, with an evidence-based, hands-on approach, and believes that education is the key to empowering her patients to take control of their own healing process. Outside of the clinic, Ashley enjoys staying active outside, dancing, skiing, and spending time with her friends and family.

As a former college athlete, Shannon knows firsthand what it is like to experience injuries and understands what it is like to be sidelined from something that someone enjoys. She holds a clinical interest in restoring function of all ages, by utilizing manual therapy, exercises, and self-empowering her patients, especially with an active population. She graduated from DeSales University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Sport and Exercise Physiology and then attended PT school as well at DeSales University where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Shannon was a resident through the St. Luke’s Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program and is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She enjoys promoting an active lifestyle with her patients and finding a way to challenge her patients throughout their rehab process. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, skiing, being outside and hanging out with friends, family and her dogs.

Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant

Kristi has a passion for working with a variety of patients including but not limited to sports related injuries, women’s health, and orthopedics throughout all stages of life. She holds an Associate’s degree in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She earned her Specialty Certification in Orthopedics and enjoys mentoring and assisting in the growth of physical therapy and the knowledge of fellow PTAs. Outside of the clinic, Kristi enjoys camping with her husband, son, and French mastiff, Nash, traveling the world, working out and spending time with family and friends.

Krystal received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Lehigh Carbon Community College in Schnecksville, PA. Krystal enjoys treating the orthopedic population and is passionate about providing care focused on a patient-centered approach and collaborates well with her colleagues to best treat the patient as a whole. She works closely with a board-certified specialist in orthopedics, who specializes in treating athletes. In her free time, she enjoys travelling to new and exciting places, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.

Ron originally was drawn to the profession of physical therapy due to his love of sport and physical activity. He continues with his passion of getting his patients back to sports or whatever their goals may be. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Temple University and then went on to become a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. Ron enjoys treating orthopedic injuries and athletes of all ages. He believes in a patient-centered approach to therapy where the patient’s goals are what truly drives the course of rehabilitation and looks forward to his patients achieving their desired goals. In his free time, Ron continues to enjoy being active and as well as spending time with his wife and family.

Joseph brings a strong passion for optimizing movement and helping patients of all ages achieve their personal goals. Joseph earned his Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Physiology and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from DeSales University. He emphasizes personalized, hands-on treatment to help patients achieve their specific goals. He likes to empower each patient to maintain a strong and healthy musculoskeletal system through diet, exercise, and an appreciation of the body’s ability to respond to the demands placed upon it. Outside of the clinic he is an avid runner and enjoys playing basketball, disc golf, and gardening.
