As Area Manager, Rett supports the Anderson, Wind Gap and New Jersey clinics. He also serves as Facility Director at the Anderson Campus. Rett values helping patients restore their function though empowering them to understand and take control of their own rehabilitation. He graduated from Misericordia University as the co-valedictorian of his class with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy degree. He later returned to Misericordia to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Rett is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and is also certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Spine from the McKenzie Institute. He specializes in the treatment of orthopedic and spine injuries. Rett uses an active approach combined with hands-on techniques to help his patients reduce pain and return to their desired level of function. He also places an emphasis on patient education in self-care and prevention. Rett maintains and active lifestyle including running.

Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapy Assistant

Rachael received her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Lehigh Carbon Community College’s program in Schnecksville, PA. She also received a Bachelor’s of Science in exercise science from East Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg, PA. Rachael’s treatment philosophy is to be able to increase strength and function while reducing physical limitations and pain. She believes that allowing patients to return back to their prior levels of function to be able live their life to the fullest is most important. Rachael spent many years participating in competitive softball which led to an injury of her own that took normal function of her right hand. The persistence, knowledge, skills, and compassion of the therapists that worked with her to be able to return to her prior level of function is something that she wants to be able to give back to her own patients.

Tonya is a lifetime resident of Warren County and considers it a privilege to treat patients who live in her home community. She enjoys working with various patient populations including lumbar and cervical spine pain, sports medicine, work conditioning, and balance and vestibular rehabilitation. Tonya received her Master’s of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Scranton. She is a Certified McKenzie Practitioner (Cert MDT), specializing in mechanical assessment and treatment of the spine and extremity joints. She is experienced in manual therapy and earned her distinction as a Certified Manual and Neurodynamic Therapist (CMNT) in 2020. After a thorough assessment, she believes in educating patients on cause and effect to avoid worsening factors and promote permanent return to full function. She believes this empowers the patient to be actively involved in their care and maintain the gains they make in therapy long after discharge. Tonya enjoys running, hiking, canoeing/kayaking and watching collegiate or high school sporting events.

Erica has a passion for working with a variety of patients across the lifespan and holds clinical interests in Pelvic floor, Vestibular/Balance, and Orthopedics. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science degree in health and exercise science with a concentration in health promotion and wellness management from Rowan University. Erica is currently working towards a pelvic floor certification to further improve her knowledge and skill to better treat her patients. She strives to create a safe space for each patient to discuss their concerns and feels privileged to be part of every patient’s recovery team. Erica believes in a patient centered approach with emphasis on individualized treatment plans and patient education to assist patients in meeting their goals. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dogs, spending time with her family, and reading.

Scott received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Health Promotion and Wellness Management from Rowan University in 2016. After working as a personal trainer and strength coach for 5 years, he went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Moravian University in 2024. A former competitive weightlifter, Scott comes equipped with a diverse athletic background including football, basketball, baseball and strength athletics. It is his goal to use a combination of past experiences in congruence with his acquired clinical knowledge to address any individual’s physical needs by way of patient-centered individualized care. In his free time Scott enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and spending time with both friends and family.

Lauren was raised in Belvidere, NJ and feels very fortune to be able to provide care for the people in her community. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and diagnosis with a special interest in treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries as well as working with young athletes. Lauren graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Health Studies and went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Ithaca as well. She is currently working towards her McKenzie Certification of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment to further improve her clinical skills, education, and expertise. Lauren believes in a patient-centered approach with a focus on providing individualized treatments and on hands-on care. She is passionate about giving patients the tools they need to feel empowered and confident in their recovery. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her growing family, being outdoors, practicing yoga, and seeing live music.

Justin aims to help his patients understand the power they possess to create their own success. He believes that everyone can be given the tools to resume their lives regardless of age. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Seton Hall University, he is granted a full perspective of how pain and injury can impact the body. Most importantly, with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York Institute of Technology, he strives to create individualized approaches to maximize function as well as autonomy among his patients. He is a New York City native that appreciates the more intimate pace of Northwest New Jersey, loves most genres of music and is always open to all food recommendations. 

Carol has been a Front Desk Coordinator for the Physical Therapy at St. Luke’s Belvidere, New Jersey location for 3 years. Carol’s various customer service positions through her working career have all been in the medical field which has brought her to the level she is at today. She has a heart in caring for people and always treats her patients as she would like to be treated. Her attention to detail and being the best at what she does exceeds most. Outside of her attention given to her clinic, Carol enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and the beach.
